The Plan.

Its time to get healthy.


There will be no more reminiscing on when I was fit and healthy. I will not look back, I am looking forward and each and every choice I make right now, in this very moment will help me to get where I want to go.

I am ready and willing to make this work. 

Food Finds- In the past it has seemed like just too much research and "work" to eat healthy. I get home from work and want something quick and easy. I am going to use these lists to help me plan and prepare my meals.


Foods to eat every day, three times a week, and once a week

Workout Plan:
Monday-REST DAY
Tuesday- 30 Day Shred
Wednesday-Couch to 5k
Thursday-30 Day Shred
Friday- REST DAY
Saturday-30 Day Shred, Couch to 5k
Sunday- Light 1 mile Jog, Yoga stretches.
