The next three months.

If you don't know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else


Month of November- stay 100% within calories every day, yes even (especially) November 22nd.
By January 1- Be able to run 2.5 miles easy.
January- Start and stay with half marathon training at least 4 days a week.

You might note that these goals are not weight related. Although I will be weighing in weekly, I am not going to focus on that number but instead on my fitness and eating. Staying within my calories and training for the half will keep my weight under control.

This is not a game. This is my life and I will live it healthily.
Healthy habits - Build them! Your body & health will thank you :)
